Chris Diamond 1991-2003
Administrative Assistant to Senior Managing Principal 1991-1994
Administration and Research 1994-2003
Chris continues as an occasional Consultant to the firm
Chris joined Fogel International, Inc. in 1991 as an Administrative Assistant to the Senior Managing Principal. She was responsible for the day to day administrative functions including heavy contact with clients, in person, on the telephone and via e-mail.
At this time the firm was a paper-based office. Chris introduced computers to the office, streamlined the firm’s internal procedures and implemented changes to the firm’s overall functions. She created, developed and maintained large proprietary databases of intermediaries, financial firms and business associates in MS Access. Chris trained our internal associates and their support staff on the use and functions of the databases and as a result, transactions could be processed more effectively and accurately resulting in improved efficiency and revenue for the firm.
Promoted in 1994 to research and administration, Chris took on the additional responsibilities of the product research department. Her primary function as a researcher was to analyze, evaluate and research products, technologies, services and marketing channels for client acquisitions. Her research reports and summaries were used as an informational tool to both internal and external clients.
Chris developed excellent client rapport, always maintained the highest level of confidentiality regarding client transactions, and was instrumental in implementing business solutions that moved the transactions forward to closing.
